Attukal Pongala - 2025

Attukal Pongala is a 10-day religious festival celebrated at the Attukal Bhagavathy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram in the Indian state of Kerala. On the ninth day there is a huge gathering of millions of women on the temple surroundings. This year Organisation of Hindu Malayalees NSW, celebrated Attukkal Pongala on Sunday 9th March 2025 from 8.30am at Minto temple.

Dhanumasa Thiruvathira - 2025

Thiruvathira is a unique festival celebrating feminine grace and devotion, falling on the Thiruvathira day in the month of Dhanu (Dhanumasa Thiruvathira) according to the Malayalam calendar. This year, the festival will be observed on January 13, 2025.
